SynchroEdit is "a browser-based simultaneous multiuser editor" - both a term that I like much more than "realtime collaboration" and another item to add to my not very thoroughly researched list of SubEthaEdit-alternatives. Just like the recently mentioned Gobby I didn't testdrive SynchroEdit yet, so at this point, I cannot tell you if it works fine or not.
