If you have to type repeating elements of text into web forms a lot, Textpanda is your friend. This bookmarklet replaces custom abbreviations with custom strings while you are typing. Hit the bookmarklet to make the panda appear and disappear, click the panda to add rules.

(The Textpanda website does not work in Chrome, but the bookmarklet does. Autohotkey is a free app that performs, among many other things, a similar task on system-wide level.)
