The Sails of Scampia
If you saw Matteo Garrone's film Gomorra which is based on Roberto Saviano book of the same name, you know there are The Sails of Scampia, a 1960s-era public housing complex and "the hellish modernist favela" that "has come to embody the architectural, political and social failings of Italy’s inability to contend fully with organized crime" (NYT).
