Macro-Typography: A Style Guide

When young children write on paper, the arrangement looks odd. Adults have just as many problems arranging text on computer screens. This style guide is here to help. It describes the architecture of information and suggests good ways of laying out things as diverse as footnotes and lines of verse. To understand the nitty-gritty, readers will need to know at least a little about Cascading Style Sheets: tutorials on CSS can be found with Internet search engines.
