One for the Day: Favourite shot

I've been asked recently what my favourite shot is of all those that I've taken within the last few months. No doubt: this street scenery near Metallhüttenwerke Bruch in Dortmund, Germany, taken September 2004 on a Canon G1. Though its main subject, the typical Trinkhalle refreshment stand of which there are hundreds, if not thousands in the city, is not directly visible at all, it yet dominates the scenery. If I would edit a photo book, this one would go straight go into it. (Yes, this photo has been posted before.)
